FOLLOW the OW DIRECTIONS to chart out the food that DeShawn and Michaela had for breakfast.
When viewing the USDA web page, click on the My Plate tab at the TOP LEFT OF THE PAGE. The five food groups and oils will appear as options down the left hand side of the page. Click on EACH one of the food groups to learn more about what foods are included in each group and how much is needed. Click on the Daily table to find the recommended amounts.

Click FRUIT, VEGETABLE, or one of the other choices found down the side of the page.
There will be a DAILY TABLE BLUE LABEL listed on each page for each choice.
CLICK the BLUE label. Example: DAILY FRUIT TABLE
Find the AGE UNDER BOYS or GIRLS.
Check out the daily recommendations.
